An app or preparation problem

Include the page URL, app and version, what you expected and the error message. Describe the steps needed to reproduce the problem. Do not include private source files, credentials, passwords or access tokens.

Payment or refund

Include your order ID and the account used to sign in. Do not send card numbers or security codes. If checkout is pending, return to the same app and release to check its status before starting another payment.

Refund requests follow the refund policy. We verify the order before making changes to payment or preparation access.

Your information

Use the same support address to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Identify the account and workspace so we can verify ownership. Signing out or disconnecting GitHub does not delete existing records.
