Refunds and cancellation

Request within seven days

Request a full refund within seven days of payment by emailing jin@project82.kr with your order ID and sign-in account. The refund is available whether or not you have used the preparation features. We verify the order and process the refund through Stripe to the original payment method.

Access after a refund

A refund ends paid preparation access for that order. Existing release records remain readable. A payment dispute suspends preparation access and requires support review; closing a dispute does not automatically restore access.

Store review and your rights

AppIsComing prepares materials; it does not guarantee Apple or Google approval. Contact support about a problem with the service or a request outside the seven-day period.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
